Save the Date for Your Flu Shot: Sunday, October 15th

Flu vaccinations will be offered at Bethel on 10/15 during Sunday morning services. HyVee will provide this wonderful opportunity for us!

The necessary paperwork will be available and help if needed to complete it. It is only necessary to bring your insurance information or Medicare card.

The Health Cabinet would appreciate that you sign up on one of the sign-up sheets (located in the Narthex, Bethel office, or posted on the kiosk in Fellowship Hall) or online (button below) if you intend to get your vaccination here. HyVee asks that a minimum of 25 people attend this clinic.
